We use Sales Trekker software to streamline the mortgage process. Once a client signs the Credit Guide and Privacy Agreement, they are invited to access our Client Portal.
The Client Portal is designed to securely collect data and documents, and provide a simple platform for communication throughout the application process. Clients will receive an email with a link to the Client Portal login page.
Our Client Portal is compatible with Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge, and Opera browsers.
As part of our commitment to our clients, we adhere to the Best Interest Duty, ensuring that any advice or recommendations we provide are always in the client’s best interest.
We can meet face-to-face at a café near your place if we want or we can also schedule a meeting via Zoom or Microsoft Teams at your convenience.
For identity verification, we can use NextGenID, IDYou or a similar tool.
